Instructions for submission of Online Application Form.

1. Please read the University Prospectus 2025-26 carefully before filling the Online Application Form.
2. Candidates should apply for Guru Jambeshwar University of Science and Technology 'ONLINE' only through University website.
3. Before filling online application form, applicant must have a scanned (jpg,jpeg) image of his/her photograph and signature.
4. Applicant must also have scanned copy of documents/ certificates/ affidavit in jpg/jpeg format as per Annexures specified in prospectus.
5. Candidates are not Required to Submit Hard Copy of their Application Form to University.
6. Online Application Form should be retained by the Candidate for further Admission Purpose.
